Berkeley's rolling out the big screen again this Friday with "IF" hitting Live Oak Park, part of their summer movie series. We recommend brining the kids, a blanket, and enough adult beverages for the 93-minute run time.

Bandaloop’s “Flock” Premiere - Saturday

When: Saturday (7/26), 1 - 5pm
Where: Khan’s Alley, Rotunda, City Hall
Don’t know what BANDALOOP is? Don’t worry, neither did we. To bring you up to speed, it’s a combination of repelling, dance, and theater. The troupe has set up residency for July on the walls of Oakland’s City Hall.

Where: 1255 7th St, West Oakland

Downtown Alameda Art & Wine Faire — Saturday & Sunday

Gourmet Ghetto shuts the street for live cumbia, indigo-dye pop-ups, and patio pours from Gilman Brewing — an all-ages excuse to loiter with cheese-board crumbs on your shirt. See details →
